Larne Grammar Pupils excel at Coastal Rowing Championships

We were delighted to hear of the success of a number of our pupils who were competing for Olderfleet Rowing Club at the Swift Irish Coastal Junior Championships at the stunning Nairn Beach in Portnoo, Donegal at the weekend. 

Evie McKee and Ella Marks won gold in the J14W Quad.

Matthew and James Boyd won gold in the J14M Quad.

Sophie Adams and Abbie Campbell won gold in the J18W Quad.

Ava Campbell, Sophie Adams and Isabella Duncan won silver in the J16W Quad.

Evie McKee, Chloe Adamson and Ella Marks also raced up in the J16W Quad and won bronze.

Charlie Marks finished 4th in the J18M Quad

An outstanding set of results which are testament to the athletes commitment, determination, skill and grit.  Olderfleet Rowing Club is justifiably very proud of their performances.  Congratulations to all involved!
